1. Services Provided

Fusion Certification provides management system consultancy, implementation guidance, and training services. We are an independent consultancy and do not issue ISO certificates. Certificates are issued by independent, accredited Certification Bodies.

2. Client Responsibilities

Successful implementation requires the active participation of the client's management and staff. Clients agree to provide accurate information and allocate necessary resources to achieve project milestones.

3. Intellectual Property

Any documentation, manuals, or training materials provided by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point a license is granted for internal business use.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee our systems meet standard requirements, we cannot be held liable for failure to achieve certification if the client fails to follow the implemented procedures during the external audit.
