Implementation Phases
Phase 1 — Gap Analysis: A systematic comparison of your current processes against the chosen standard's requirements. We produce a gap report that becomes the project plan.
Phase 2 — System Design: We design the structure of your management system — the core processes, their interactions, the documentation hierarchy, and the performance indicators.
Phase 3 — Documentation: We develop all mandatory documentation (policy, procedures, records forms) in language your team actually uses.
Phase 4 — Implementation & Training: We work with department heads and process owners to embed the system in daily operations and train the team.
Phase 5 — Internal Audit: A rigorous internal audit identifies any remaining non-conformances before the certification body's assessment.
Phase 6 — Management Review: We facilitate the first formal management review meeting, completing the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle.
Phase 7 — Certification Audit Support: We assist with Stage 1 and Stage 2 audit preparation, corrective action responses, and any follow-up requirements.
